All designs provided by the customer are assumed to be free of copyright restrictions. MerchSoQuick is not responsible for copyright infringement related to designs provided by customers.

MerchSoQuick will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of business, revenue, or data.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they are still in the pre-production phase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement at our discretion.
