Return & Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Note: Customers are not required to pay for a return shipping label if the order was incorrect or defective. For all other returns, a return shipping label is required.

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number
   
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping label
   
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
   
4. Ship the item using the provided label
   

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund.

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• You'll receive an email confirmation once approved
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase
• Follow the return process outlined above
• Specify your preferred replacement item

Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products

Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
